You toggle to receive email alerts for activity in your Global Admin center, but never receive any emails.
There are two main reasons you may not receive the emails for one or multiple alerts:
1-You do not have an email set in your user profile. When this occurs, Sharegate Online automatically takes the UPN (the UPN is usually the account name used to login to O365). You can see here for more information on this topic.
2 - Your site is not in English (for the Office 365 Group Created alert only). Due to limitations at this time, the system will not send this alert for sites in a language other than English.
1 - Please verify whether the email set to send out the alerts is correct. You can do this by looking in the Alerts section of the app.
If it is incorrect, please contact our support team for possible resolution.
2 - If your site is not in English, there is no solution at this time.You will not receive alerts for Office 365 Group Created.
